If so, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants to provide high standards of care to individuals in the community to enable them to remain independent in their own homes.
MidCo Care is a domiciliary care and supported living provider working with local councils to provide care for people living in their own homes in the community in and in pur suppoprted likving facilities.

Job Specification
- Provide the highest quality of care to service users within their homes in accordance with their Care Plan and adhering to risk assessments
- Comply with company and CQC regulation
- Assist, where required with domestic duties such as essential cleaning, shopping, laundry and meal preparation
- Communicate with Service Users and their families, ensuring you are aware of their personal needs and requirements
- Assist, where necessary, with personal care tasks including washing, toileting, medication monitoring or administering, dressing
- Deliver assistance to service users with mobility issues in the form of aids and other personal equipment
Person Specification
- Patient, caring and compassionate with a genuine need to help make a difference to someone’s life
- Professional, reliable and proactive
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Person-centred with great inter-personal skills
- A willingness to learn and develop as training is on-going
- Holds a full UK Driving licence and has their own car
Previous experience as a care worker is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
