We are looking for caring and compassionate people to join our team as Suport Workers and Domiciliary Carers/Home Care Assistants.

As a Domiciliary Carer you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the elderly in the community as outlined in their care plans including personal care, and adhering to risk assessments
- Supporting individuals to express their choices, promoting their individuality and independence about their decisions.
You will perform home visits to several clients around Tonbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells in a day and ensure their needs are met. This may include personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, and light cleaning. Experience in similar role is preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidates.
