We are looking for caring and compassionate people to join our team as Support Workers.

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the vulnerable adults in the community as outlined in their care plans including personal care, and adhering to risk assessments
- Supporting individuals to express their choices, promoting their individuality and independence about their decisions.
Tasks may include meal preparation, support in accessing the community, administering medication, personal care and light cleaning. Experience in similar role is preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidates.
